Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your final balance. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. CANCELLATION POLICY Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit. LATE POLICY Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the stylist’s availability. Please respect appointment times to ensure a smooth experience for all clients. NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a non-refundable deposit and may require full payment before booking future appointments. PAYMENT POLICY We accept cash, e-transfer, and select electronic payments. The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the appointment. REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. However, client satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your hairstyle, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
